If fastening a Stainless-Steel item, first scrub the surface where plates will be installed with a Scotch-Brite™type pad. Dust with a clean cloth and wipe with supplied alcohol pads. Move item into desired positon and mark the location of mounting screws.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e3. Drill ½” hole into concrete using masonry type drill bit approximately 1½” deep. Remove bolts, washers and anchors. Slide washer over bolt and thread into anchor to start threads.
